Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Access to and use of the ampm69 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ampm69, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained from the Company.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, regardless of the country of your residency.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by the Company from the Platform for any reason. Voluntarily or involuntarily excluded individuals are strictly prohibited from creating new accounts or using the Services under a different identity.
• You must be registering and operating your Account in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use only.

To access the full range of ampm69 Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account details whenever any submitted information changes.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ampm69 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify the ampm69 support team immediately at [email protected].

ampm69 implements two-factor SMS authentication on new device logins as a standard security measure. You are required to maintain a valid Indonesian mobile number on your Account to receive authentication codes. Removal or change of your mobile number must be verified through the KYC process.

KYC Verification: Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of identity verification. You will be required to submit a clear, unaltered copy of your valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and, where requested, a recent bank statement or e-wallet transaction history. ampm69 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first deposit request may have withdrawal rights suspended pending completion.

All financial transactions on the ampm69 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by ampm69 in relation to deposits or withdrawals.

Supported Deposit Methods: ampm69 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. ampm69 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or public holidays. The Company does not guarantee specific processing times but undertakes to process all eligible withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Account must have passed full KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money Balance.
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements must be forfeited before the remaining Real Money Balance can be withdrawn, or the wagering requirements must be met in full.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as the ampm69 Account holder. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited.
• ampm69 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. VIP members may have enhanced limits as communicated by their dedicated account manager.

ampm69 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins equivalents, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise in writing.
• The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, which is displayed at the time of credit and within the Account bonus dashboard.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering contributions by game type are as follows: slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; togel contributes 10%; sabung ayam contributes 5%; Mahjong and Sakong contribute 10%. Sportsbook bets contribute 100% only on pre-match single bets with minimum odds of 1.50. Accumulator (*mix parlay*) bets on events with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection contribute 100%.
• A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus has an incomplete wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus balance and any wagering progress accumulated.
• ampm69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively apply to bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses are strictly for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing hedged bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8 and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances and Account termination.
• ampm69 reserves the right to request reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in genuine gameplay before releasing bonus winnings for withdrawal.

All games offered on the ampm69 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game and, where applicable, by the rules of the third-party software provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). The rules for each game are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games — including slots, togel, virtual sports, and table game simulations — use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. The outcome of each game round is determined at the moment the round is initiated and is unaffected by any previous outcomes or any action taken after the round has commenced.

Live Casino: Live dealer games streamed from licensed studios are subject to the rules displayed in the game interface and to the decisions of the live dealer and pit management, which are final. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically void the wager. ampm69 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome of an interrupted round from studio logs; in the event reconstruction is not possible, the wager will be voided and the stake refunded.

Sportsbook: Sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets published at the time of bet placement. ampm69 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market and to refuse a bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted only where the Platform explicitly identifies the market as available for in-play wagering. ampm69 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event for which the result was known at the time of placement.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of any game or software malfunction, ampm69 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and refund stakes to the Accounts involved. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays. ampm69 is not liable for any winnings that cannot be paid due to a software error or technical failure outside the Company's reasonable control.

ampm69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment for all members. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within the Account settings at no charge and without any cooling-off period before activation:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit ceilings. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period before it becomes active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which further real-money wagering is suspended until the period resets or the Player contacts support to review the limit.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that display a notification after a defined period of continuous play, prompting a review of time and spending.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their lives may activate voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, all Platform logins are blocked and all marketing communications are suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

ampm69 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. The Company cooperates with any regulatory or legal authority investigation into underage gambling and will take immediate remedial action, including Account closure and full fund refund to the legal guardian, upon confirmed evidence of underage access.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ampm69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance where fraud is established), and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Company.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds with no genuine intention to wager and then requesting withdrawal.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games and coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms.
• Using software robots, automated betting tools, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds or game parameters. Winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Abusing the bonus system in any manner, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to hedge bonus wagering, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine risk exposure.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the performance of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, regardless of your stated country of residence.

All content on the ampm69 Platform — including but not limited to the ampm69 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphic elements, game assets, software, databases, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ampm69 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ampm69.

Any unauthorized use of ampm69's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ampm69 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and the Services.

ampm69 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions, errors, or delays in Platform availability or game operation caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to Internet service provider failures, power outages, DDoS attacks, and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform, including losses resulting from a streak of adverse game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banking partners, or e-wallet providers.
• Any decision by a Player to rely on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game return-to-player (RTP) figures, as the basis for a gambling decision.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ampm69's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ampm69 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during Account registration and KYC verification, as well as transactional data, gameplay data, and device and session data generated during your use of the Platform. All data handling is conducted in accordance with the ampm69 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering an Account, you consent to ampm69 processing your personal data for the purposes of Account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences within the Account settings or by contacting support.

ampm69 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, as necessary to process your transactions via banking and e-wallet partners, or with the express written consent of the Player.

ampm69 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a modification is material, the Company will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where an email address is on file, by sending notification to the Player's registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

The version of the Terms & Conditions currently in force is indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ampm69 is incorporated. For operational and regulatory inquiries relating specifically to the Indonesian market, ampm69 recognizes the context of its primary user base as residents of Indonesia and will endeavour to resolve disputes in a manner consistent with fair dealing principles recognized under Indonesian consumer protection norms.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and ampm69 within 30 days of written notice may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section limits ampm69's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or in response to any fraudulent or prohibited conduct by a Player.
